The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page. The information we collect is also used to create a customer-optional mailing list for announcements and events. Payment information collected during the purchase (or donation) process is discarded when the process is complete.

SHIPPING, REFUNDS & RETURNS
Belleza’s prices include the cost of shipping. We take special care to package and ship your art safely. When shipped out of state, there is no sales tax assessed.
Belleza ships by leading worldwide shippers such as DHL, UPS and Federal Express. Sometimes, due to your location or the size and type of art, we might work with other freight carriers who specialize in the packaging and shipping of such artwork.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the artwork for an exchange or a full refund, by notifying us within 7 days of your receipt. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We do request that you return the artwork in its original packing.
If you do decide to return the artwork, please notify us immediately via our contact page before you take action, to discuss the careful shipping and insurance of the art and your refund. Please share with us the reason you are dissatisfied so that we may serve you better.
If your purchase is damaged please retain the original packing material. Our shipper will contact you to inspect the packaging for insurance purposes to determine how the art was damaged.
Please note that the price published on this website, or quoted to you by email, includes packing and shipping, but it does not include local taxes that may (or may not) be applied to imports in your state/country.
When you buy products in your local store the price that you pay most probably includes tax. When you import products from another country the import price does not include any tax, so your government may see fit to charge a tax on the import.
It is usual for some form of tax (sometimes called VAT or sales tax or import duty) to be charged by Customs or the Revenue in your country before the imported goods can be released to you. Occasionally no taxes are imposed on items with a low value. The rules differ from country to country, tend to be interpreted differently by different Customs officers and are also subject to change without notice. For all of these reasons, unfortunately we cannot let you know the likely amount in advance.
If any such taxes are due, our carrier will arrange payment based on the information provided on our invoice. Usually the delivery man will ask you for the additional money payment before he will drop off the goods.
If the possible tax on your order is a concern, we suggest that you call your local FedEx or UPS office for an estimate in advance. They will ask you for details of the goods including a description and the total value. You will tell them: “xx painting(s) on paper, value $xxx.xx” according to the number of paintings and the total amount that you paid.
